PokeKoi is a fan-made game created by a single person, on a non-commercial basis. PokeKoi is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Twitch, Discord, or Google. All Pokémon-related elements used belong to their respective owners.
When you sign in to PokeKoi via Twitch, Discord, or Google, we only receive the unique identifier of your account on that platform (a technical number, never your email address or your password). This identifier is used solely to recognize your account the next time you log in.
We also store the username associated with your PokeKoi account, as well as your progress in the game (Pokémon caught, currency, items, statistics).
We never ask for, and never store, your email address, whether through Twitch, Discord, or Google.
This information is used only to:
We do not sell or share your data with third-party companies, for advertising purposes or otherwise. No data is transmitted outside PokeKoi's own infrastructure.
PokeKoi is self-hosted on a private server (VPS) rented by the game's creator from OVHcloud. No third-party hosting provider or external analytics service has access to your game data.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the game, via the account deletion feature.
